Sermon: "Now What?"
Scripture: John 21: 15-17

Our Next Chapter

As we prepare for The Next Chapter in the life of the church at SGUMC, let us employ scripture to pause, pray, and feel peace in the assurance of God’s perfect plan for our lives. Use this prayer as a tool to invite God’s care and wisdom to our building project.
Exodus 25:8-9
8 Have the people of Israel build me a holy sanctuary so I can live among them. 9 You must build this Tabernacle and its furnishings exactly according to the pattern I will show you.
PRAYER
Heavenly Father, you gave your people the command to build a holy sanctuary in Exodus 25:8-9, so that you could live among them in community. We are remembering that command with our plans to add new space to connect buildings on Shady Grove’s campus. Help us remember to design, build, and use this new area according to the pattern you show us.
