Confirmation 2010 Confirmation classes will begin on March 7 and run through May 23 when our
youth will be given the opportunity to affirm their faith in God and become full
members of Shady Grove UMC.
Confirmation is open to 7th grade through high school students. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to learn about your faith and the United Methodist Church. Parents are asked to pay $60 toward the larger cost of confirmation supplies and expenses. Scholarships are available. Confirmation is taught by Beanie Kelly and Tara Gunther on Sunday mornings 9:00 am - 10:30 am. It’s a requirement to attend the Confirmation Retreat April 23-25th.
